We believe that the hope of the world lies within
the local church that is culturally relevant while remaining faithful to the
Bible.
Therefore, we will innovatively relate the Bible to
our culture through specifically designed environments (children, youth,
college, singles, married, sr. citizens, etc.) that use multi-media, music,
dramas, internet, and the use of the arts.
We believe that all people have infinite value to
God, and it is His desire that every person be presented with His free gift of
salvation.
Therefore, we will intentionally invest in starting
new friendships as the wind of God’s Spirit blows so that we may give out
hope. We will globally engage in giving
away the hope of the Good News through mission trips and supporting those who
are going.
We believe that we should live deeply connected to
others through grace filled relationships.
Therefore, we will seek to develop authentic,
honest, and deep friendships that gain strength through genuine accountability
and roars with the excitement of team spirit.
We believe that the family was originated and
established by God from generation to generation.
Therefore, we will invest in facilitating and
enhancing family relationships by creating environments that will provide
healing and strength to families in our church and community.
We believe that people and the church are at its
best when they are serving, loving, caring and sacrificially giving to a cause
that is larger than themselves.
Therefore, we will strive for excellence by
connecting and unleashing each person into selfless serving within their own
gifting, talents, and heart passion.
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and complete
Word of God, which demands our complete submission to it’s authority.
Therefore, we will root everything that we teach and
do in the Bible so that lives are impacted. Each Christ-follower is responsible
to cultivate his/her heart’s soil so that the seed of the Bible will take root
and be the filter for all decision making.
We believe that Jesus’ servant leadership model,
that enhances, enables and empowers the faith journey in others, is the hope of
the church.
Therefore, we will continue to learn and practice
biblical leadership principles allowing us to intentionally reproduce servant
leaders by mentoring and empowering them for greater Kingdom works.
We believe that recklessly pursuing a daily,
passionate, relationship with Jesus will result in dramatic life change.
Therefore, we will live our lives for an audience of
one- God, while we encourage and explore the concept of our lives conforming to
the image of Christ. We will allow God
to consume our desires, plans, and our lives so that all of live brings honor
to Him.
